How do I get through?

I'm often asked how I'm getting through this terrible loss. It's hard to answer that question on the days that I don't feel like I'm getting through at all. Then there are the days that the light comes to drown out all of the dark and pain. Here are the pictures from one of those days!

Who can resist the face of an angel?

And here is the other angel!

Will always manages to spot the airplanes and points. Hmmmm? What's up with that?

Those two beautiful babies are definitely a good way to "get through," this kind of loss. I don't think there's any "getting through," though. I think there is only "learning to live life differently." You & Erynn are doing a great job at that. My thoughts & prayers are with you all...

Wow, amazing shots Debi! I am impressed! Bill was so excited to get you a good camera and I'm glad you are enjoying it. I am thankful we have Will and Reese to get us through. I don't think, actually I know I couldn't, get through without them.

I think it's kind of freaky how he can hear and spot an airplane. xo

Debi, your precious grandbabies are here for a reason. The love you and Erynn have for them {and each other} will help you see the light through all this pain.

I'm so sorry that you are going through this. My thoughts are always with you girls.
xoxo

You have four angels... two from Bill and two of Patricks. They are the proof of the love between you and Bill and the love between Patrick and Erynn. xoxo

I am so sorry for your loss. I know that there is nothing that I can say or do to lessen your pain, but I do know that you get through it one day at a time. You will know that you are on the other side of grief when the memories of your loved ones bring smiles and not tears. I pray that day will one day come for you and Erynn. Meanwhile, please know that you both have made strangers truly care for the two of you. Blessings and love from my heart to yours.
